Hello,
I have the following scenario:
1. Normal page that opens a dialog ui with jqgrid
2. When I was search for something using the search option, search : true in navigator, displays box search, but the fields
not work at all.

In which browser is this? Is this available in all popular browsers – IE, FF, Chrome?
Can you please not use modal option and see if this happen.
You can experiment with z-index – es.
Browser is FF and Chrome. Option jqModal:false somehow solve the problem, but not all settings work.
Please check that you use the latest jqgrid and jquery ui css files.
