I've found a strange behaviour of positioning modal forms (search, add, edit) in subgrids. Everything is OK if there is no scroll in main grid. But if main grid is scrolled down, modal window position=subgrid position(all right)+scrolled position(!!!). The further you scroll, the lower are modal winlows. They can even be lower than the bottom of the browser window – in this case they are not visible. I've found this in my project, but you can see this also in you demo (grid as subgrid). Look at my screenshot:
