When my initial grid is too small (only two columns e.g.), the left pager has a style attribute setting the width to be too small. Either this should not be set at all, or at least wait until the grid is full rendered before determining if the pager width needs to be forced to a smaller size. 

For my needs, I would like to be able to disable it completely.
