Firstly, thanks to Tony and all who contributed to the latest 3.3 release — it's really quite excellent work!

I have some minor issues with the filterGrid function, however:

— the width of the INPUT elements does not match the width of their associated columns, and do not update after a change in column width

— the INPUT elements do not honor the current display status of each column, ie, the toolbar contains an INPUT element for each column in the grid, even if it's hidden

I can probably work around these issues with a combination of CSS and scripting to manually manage the hidden columns, but an integrated solution would be better.
