Ok, so one more time

To reproduce this bug, I’m using demo samples downloaded from website. In demo samples jQuery is delivered in Version 1.4.2, and it’s working fine.

Error with “jQuery.browser is deprecated” was caused by file delivered with demo samples, called jquery.layout.js. After removing this file and references, error isn’t showing up anymore.

Sorry, but I still can't follow you. Which demo sample exactly you mean and from which website you downloaded it. It the demo examples which you use are created for working with jQuery 1.4.2, then I'm not wonder that the demos don't work with jQuery
