I suggest to remove ellipsis-xbl.xml file from CSS folder (see here) because it will be not more used from ui.jqgrid.css. In the same way file Changes.txt could be also removed because it contains only changes till the version 3.6. One should additionally update jquery.jqGrid.min.js from version 4.5.2 to version 4.5.4
