I just downloaded the 4.2.0 version of jqgrid. I am testing with existing code that worked fine under 4.1.2.

When I do a delete (with reloadAfterSubmit: false) I get an error: G.split is not a function (on line 318 of the min file).

I just discovered this bug as well, thanks for posting this here.

Someone else opened a ticket: https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/issues/192

I hope that Tony will pick this up.
