I use my server side url to run at browser and the server returns data.

for some reason, jqGrid some times show the data, some times does not, I believe that it is some knid of data issue.

I need to read what data jgGrid or jQuery receive from server to debug and figure out which data cause the problem.

Can you please advise are there any event that I can read JSON data format?

I think I found the issue now,

Some of data have surfix space, the server returns data for same field “0D”, “00” and “ZD”, the server returns 0D and 00 consider number without double quote, but “ZD” consider a string with double quote.

Are there any solution from client side at jqGrid, or jqGrid must receive same type of data from server for the same field?

Thanks for the message,

I use jqGrid and ColdFusion server to feed data to jqGrid.

jqGrid skip some pages or records when I navigate the pages.

I just learn that ColdFusion JSON function sends string fields as interger when the string field only has numeric value.

I just found a solution for this thanks again for helping and information,

it is a bug of server side, it should not affect php users.

Because ColdFusion server JSON serializer has a bug, I just use http://jsonutil.riaforge.org/. to make sure server returns correct JSON format,
