have you guys encountered the loading problem when grid data is growing ?

It happens when jqgrid starts loading, it is like broswer hangs there and it takes more than 10 seconds to load .

I was wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue before, so you might would your experience ?

ps: I am using xml data.
