is there such a functionality as inline add or what is the best way to implement it (fake last empty row sent from the server and then alloow user to edit it?)

Hello,

use addGridRow method with empty or some default values and then apply inline edit to that row.

Thanks Tony – I've thought of similar way, but wanted to consult that to avoid reinventing the wheel

I'm trying to add an empty row for adding inline but it keeps saying that the addGridRow method isn't there. Has it been replaced with something else?
