hi,

When i set the editoptions of an edit form field as readonly, it would be nice to also hide the field border so that the edit form field looks read only as well.

Can i do this within jqGrid?

Never mind… I got it.

$('#City' ).css('border', 'none'); in “beforeShowForm” event.
