This is a great plugin, I am thankful for all your work.

I can’t find a parameter to specify that a cell is read-only. Is this option available?

Hi,
You can do that. Just in colModel set the flowing:
colModel = [{name:"somename"....editable:true,editoptions{readonly:true}}, ... ]
