Hopefully a trivial question

I have several xml elements that have dates formatted like

<start>20210524010000 +0100</start> <stop>20210524022000 +0100</stop>

<start>20210524010000 +0100</start>
<stop>20210524022000 +0100</stop>

That is YYYYMMDDhhmmss +tz

What should I specify as the srcformt for the date formatter? The desired output format is newformat: “Y-m-d H:i”

Hello,

The date value without separator can’t be accepted in jqGrid except if this is a Unix timestamp.

In order to do what you want you should either create your own custom formatter or provide the date value from the source formatted with separators

OK I will look into custom formatter – No chance to modify source (xmltv)
