Is it possible to change the default parameters of an ajax request when editing/adding/deleting?

So like stated on the site:
http://www.trirand.com/jqgridwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:form_editing

“additionally we add a pair id:rowid where the rowid is the id of the edited row”

i want to change the id:rowid pair to be myid:rowid
is this possible?

hope my problem makes more sense now

I think you can use 'prmNames' for this (it's a grid level config setting)

Check the docs, see if it will work for you.
