are there any functions(server-side) for setting properties ?
we dont need to hardcode in javascript .
for example, I can apply function security (make some cells to be readonly for particular users)
what's your server code? I am using .net and after login i save UserID and transfer it to client site like var UserID = 1000; then when user wants to edit a row I compare the userID with RowID.
