Thanks for a great plugin, first of all.

I’ve patched jqgrid locally to expose onLoadError and onLoadBeforeSend callbacks when doing ajax requests. I needed this for my own code.

Do you have plans to include something similar soon or should I post the patch here on the forum for review/inclusion?
