I have exactly the same problem.

I have the same problem but working in localhost… the problem is with version 3.8, but 3.8.1 works fine…

my problem was: I worked with the library (demo files) in the examples in http://www.trirand.com/blog/?page_id=6, but they are in 3.8, not in 3.8.1
