When the grid initializes with no row results the horzontal scroll bar is missing.

One may think this isn't a problem since there are no results to bother, BUT I sometimes need to use the filterToobar in order to change the initial criteria to return results. The problem is that I can not access some of the filterToolbar input boxes because they're out of display and I have no horizontal scrollbar to access them. Shouldn't enabling the scrollbar be triggered from the total column headers width rather than the row data width?
