Is that all the codes you are putting on your page?

where is cslogup1_list div, where is image path and so on ?

what do u mean by 1000?

1000 in size or 1000 records ?

And I guess the problem is xml parsing ?

Did u include jqGrid fiiles properly?

Dude, I have just done the integration after half day trying..
