I read that wiki page 3 times searching for this and it slipped. 🙂
So like stated on the site: http://www.trirand.com/jqgridwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:form_editing
“additionally we add a pair id:rowid where the rowid is the id of the edited row”
i want to change the id:rowid pair to be myid:rowid is this possible?
hope my problem makes more sense now
