I have 3 places where “Undefined” shows up.
1. In the middle of the table (even though the records were read)
2. On the pager Search icon.
3. On the pager Refresh icon
What am I missing?

Hello,
It seems that you do not have correct path to the css, or your copy of the css files does not contin all files.
Be a sure to download all the needed files and ensure thet all of them are present in your enviroment.

There is one CSS in the CSS folder of the download and there are couple more in the SRC folder. Do you need all of them?
Is there a list of all CSS files needed and their orde?
