When JqGrid generates table structure every time it generate
table td {text-align: left}
Hello,
Of course this is faster, but I included this with the mean that later we
can apply diffrent formating, not only align.

Fixed. Also the grid checks if if we have align attribute.
If this is not present we use those from CSS.
