When displaying a grid, is there a way to allow multiple lines per record. For example:

Name Address Phone

Joe Blake 541 Turkey Ave 724-555-2222

Motoring, IN 23456

One possible solution is to use the cellattr function in colModel to reformat the withe space:

colModel: [
     { name: &#039;MyName&#039;,
       cellattr: function (rowId, tv, rawObject, cm, rdata) { 
          return &#039;style=&quot;white-space: normal;&quot;&#039; 
       },
       ... 
     },
...
],

colModel: [

{ name: 'MyName',

cellattr: function (rowId, tv, rawObject, cm, rdata) {

return 'style="white-space: normal;"'

...
