I'm newbie in javascript & php word

I'm learning JqGrid using the latest version 4.5.4

From the example of Master Details Grid, When clicked on master table, the child grid displaying its child table

I can successfully to using it by my own database and table (for MySQL Type : MyISAM, Collation : latin1_swedish_ci)

But….the problem is when connecting to MySQL Type : InnoDB, Collation : utf8_general_ci

the child table didn;t displaying its data

Its already causing me in a week.
