Hi Tony,

I believe we've found a bug when sorting columns using the loadonce option while there is a custom jsonreader defined. I'm not completely sure if the bug is caused by this combination, but since it works fine when just using the local option, I assume it has something to do with the jsonreader.

What seems to happen is dat everytime the user sorts one of the columns, the data in the grid gets duplicated.

Hello,

Thanks. I will investigate this. It will help me a lot if you put not the min version of jqGrid, but the development one. This is really strange.

One note – The problem does not occur in IE8 only – just try – all other browsers have the problem.

I placed the src code on the site.

Using ($window).load is not the problem, but I changed it to the jquery document ready function for you anyway.
