I'm trying to make a PHP lib for jqgrid, but when i generate the JSON, it doesnt work. I think its the json format, but iam not sure. Here's an example:

{“page”:1,”total”:1,”records”:”4″,”rows”:[{“id”:”43″,”cell”:[“43″,”Ygor”]},{“id”:”44″,”cell”:[“44″,”Rui”]},{“id”:”45″,”cell”:[“45″,”Ricardo”]},{“id”:”46″,”cell”:[“46″,”Doutor”]}]}

Is it json format or do i have to start looking elsewhere?
