Downloaded the solution, and it looks pretty neat.

Using hand rolled method to use jqgrid with asp.net mvc at the moment, and wonderign whether to use your control instead.

How would you use this with the new validation in mvc 2?

How could you define custom ui for the edit screen / search box (e.g. date / time picker)?
