I have a grid with a onRowselect function. And I want link’s in some cells but when i click on a cell with a link the browser open the link (popup) and execute the onSelectRow Event.

I want to disable onSelectRow event when i click on a cell link.

There is a way to do it simple?

Or it’s beter to delete OnSelectRow function and use only cell links

Currently this is not possible, but this is great idea which I will try to implement – that is: onSelectRow should accept two parameters – the id of the selected row and which column is clicked – this way this will solve your problem.

Did this ever get done or is it in the next release? It would solve the problem I've raised as a feature request I think.

Hello,

There is a problem in IE6/IE7 where the cellIndex of the hidden coumns is not calculated right. There are some solutions, but I will try to implement the right one wich will work in jqGrid.
