I am having the exact same problem as this thread:

/blog/?page_id=393/help/timing-of-gridcomplete-event-with-trirands-jqgrid/&value=gridcomplete&type=1&include=1&search=2&ret=all

The gridComplete event gets called, but before all operations are complete. When debugging, I place a breakpoint inside the event function which gets called, but the Loading… indicator is still visible over the grid when the function gets called.
