Very professional l and extra ordinary plugin!!

I started to use jqgrid couple days ago and currently I'm exploring it's possibilities. I have one problem:

-I had read that ” It is possible now to export the grid data to xml and json format” here http://www.trirand.com/blog/

but so far I didn't find any function that implements this. Would you like to point me how to export the data grid into array/json/xml format.
