I'm using version 3.3.2.

We have to set “pathtojsfiles” variable in jqGridInclude function on jquery.jqGrid.js file, it would be good if it's not necessary. Like a dynamic way to pass the context.

I made some change on my jquery.jqGrid.js commenting the call to jqGridInclude, and changing the function jqGridInclude()to the following
