1.By Loading column dynamically I mean ,if number of columns to be loaded in the Grid are decided dynamically.

i.e. In One request there may be 5 columns in second request there may be 3 columns and so on in the single Grid.

It can change number of cells in the Data XML ,too as per request.

2.Yes I found it from the Examples thanks.

3.When are we having the stable release for 3.5?
