hi,

i like when there is a button next to a field to select. For example instead of clicking text field to popup the calendar window…you should have a button to do that. Why ?. It will help to be consistent across all UI. It applies to not just calendar…it can be anything..button is a helper who does the job to fill the field. Also i rather want it simple popup ..no animation in here. When it comes to filling form , people want speed and simplicity. Not animation. So remove all animation.

Also i want the loading animation removed and it should be Jquery round animation on bottom right corner navigation bar. It will look cool.

Also i need a tool bar that can be customized and placed on caption area. It will allow users to disable or enable any colums to display or hide and many many things that applies to whole table.
