Hi, I'm a newcomer to jqgrid, and have been tasked with upgrading existing code from

and old version(2.7.1) to the current(4.3.1).

What would be the best way to proceed?

Should I first upgrade in stages? For example from 2.7.1 to 2.8 and then from there to 4.0, then 4.0 to 4.3?

Or should I attempt to move directly from 2.7.1 to 4.3.1?

Are there any dangerous things I should watch out for?
