.To whom it may concern,
I have some questions about jqGrid the questions are below.
-How do I hide the “No records to show” when jqGrid is initialized or all rows are deleted by form and inline edits?
-Is it correct that “No records to display” does not disappear even after clicking the “Add new row” button to add a row? If it’s a bug, could you fix it?
-I added a line by clicking the “+” button(Add new row) on the screen while “No records to view” is displayed, but “No records to view” does not disappear.
Is there a way to hide “No records to view”?
-It’s hard to understand to click the reload button after clicking the “Add new Row” button.
Are there any functions or events that can be used when creating an automatic reload using javascript?
I would appreciate your prompt reply.

Which version of jqGrid is used?
Can you please point us to a example which demonstrates the problem?
Without example for us is very difficult to reproduce every user problem.
We are unable to reproduce these problems in version 5.5.4 – some of these problems are fixed in our last version see here

The same thing happened on your demo site, so I asked.
You can check by following the steps below.

1. Select a row and click the delete selected row button
2. If you delete all 10 lines, “No records to show” will be displayed. *I don’t want to display the dummy record.
3. click Add new button to add a row.
4. “No records to display” does not disappear. *I want to hide the dummy record.
If it’s fixed in version 5.5.4 , I’d like to check, where can I download it?
I have an Guriddo jqGird JavaScript Enterprise.
But,When I purchased the license, I went through an agency, so I don’t know how to download the updated version.
I’m sorry for the trouble but thank you for your cooperation.

I got the latest version through an agency and tried it, and I was able to confirm the fix！
Sorry,There’s one more thing I’d like to ask you about.
When I edit in cell editing, I can edit a dummy record(“No records to show”).
Can I disable it?
