Not sure what you do, but for me this is working fine.
I do not have a chance to test this only for IE 7/8 browsers.
Please clear your browser cache and test.
Be a sure you load the correct files. There is no min file from github.

Unfortunatley this is not possible.
One possible solution is to use this event to close the form (detroy it) and then trigger the edit add button click,
where the formm recreation will happen (look docs to see which id has the edit/add butons)

This is not a build in functionality.
This depend from the developer.
One possible solution is to have a hidden field, which after a row is edited changes it status from false to true.
Then it would be easy to loop the array and find only the rows with this flag = true.
