This example is only showing two levels of column headers – Price and Shipping are on one level and Date, Client, Amount, etc… are a second level. What I need the ability to do is add a third level. So, for example, if I wanted to add a header that logically tied Price and Shipping together, I could create a header that would start on the Amount column and end at the Notes column and would be above the Price and Shipping headers. Hopefully that makes sense?

If that type of functionality is available, I could not make it work.
