I wrote a grid plugin which integrates jqGrid with jQuery.bbq for back/forward button history support.

It might be useful to others so I'd like to contribute it to the open source project as a feature proposal. It will probably need some tweaking to meet everyone's needs, but it's designed for extensibility.

How do I go about submitting it?
