When I click on the “Show/Hide Columns” button, the dialog appears, but it's right at the top of the screen, forcing my other content down, and I can't actually use it (clicking on it just makes it disappear).

Also, the “Warning, Please select row” box permanently appears at the very bottom of my web page (below the footer).

Anyone have any idea why these two issues may be happening?
