We do have the exact same problem after upgrading from jQuery 1.6.2 to 1.7.2.

The keyboard navigation arrow key Up/Down are not working.to move selected row up or down

We are using Firefox 13 & Chrome

PS: By the way, the “link2” above is the same URL as “link1”, need to change to 1.6.1 in the URL
