Just add editable:false to the colmmodel for the field you don't want to be editable.

If you are already loading the minified version you don't need the <s:url value=“/js/src/grid.loader.js”/>

grid.common.js just checks isNaN(val) for numeric edit rules.

Have you tried it without the align=center?

The problem is with the quotes around the attributes in your and tags, it should work if you use single quotes for your attributes:

“edit” : ““
