nvm.
Solved it.
Tony,
I believe, whenever you resize the columns and a horizontal
scrollbar appears, scrolling to the right will flickers the grid
on every browser I've tested.
I used the grid for ASP.NET MVC too.
I don't see why you can't use select box for that column
instead of checkboxes.
That is really nice, Tony!
But how deep can the root be?
Also, can the loadtext be set dynamically in setGridParam?
As far as I know, all sorting is done on the server side.
I think jqgrid setGridParam gives you that option already.
What I did was make a separate form, give it 2 variables for the between instances, and give it a different url to goto for that case.
What I would love to see is multi-column sorting.
Thanks Tony,
I got it to work.
Thanks Tony,
In jQuery(document).ready(function()), this does it:
jQuery(“body”).click(function() {
Hey Tony,
When clicking the row for editing, is there any way to detect if there are changes, then it should save?
Thanks Tony.
Thanks, guess I'll try CDATA?
Another question, can the grid format fields?
Tony,
I went and checked the examples here too.
If you go to Loading Data/XML Data and use the coffee theme, you'll clearly see that the rows don't alternate background color.
Yeah, the clientSide alternates row colors.
XML doesn't.
