I like to know if there is some conflict regarding upgarded version of PHP 5.4 and existing jGrid 3.8.2.

Is this possible as table do not show me reults anymore. Need help.

Hello,

jqGrid JavaScript lib does nothing to do with PHP 5.4 – it is a server side library, while grid is a client side one.
