The problem is well known and it's fixed in the code on the github (see here for example). The most problem which I see is that it was not published 4.3.2 or some over version higher as 4.3.1.
If you just search in jqGrid forum for “toarr” string for example you will see how many times the same bug was reported only on the trirand forum. It would be nice if Tony would publish next jqGrid release.
