I've successfully built a grouped grid, which works fine, but always starts ungrouped, as long as I don't click one column header – it doesn't matter which one. After clicking any, the grid shows grouped. Any clues about that? (See code below)

A further question: Is it possible to have subgroups, so the grouping behaviour is nested? Or do I have to solve that with subgrids?
