Please read the installation instructions.

http://www.trirand.com/jqgridwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:how_to_install

You shouls place the order of the loading modules in right order

In your case you will need maybe to reverse them.

Somehow the order got reversed in the previous post when I pasted in the code.
