I am just confused after reading many docs related to jqgrid plugin. all says its avaialable under GPL or MIT licenses.

I want to use jqgrid in our company's project and we don't want to share our code to public. We want to use jqgrid without any restriction of sharing code to public.

Can I use jqgrid plugin in our comercial project without any restriction?
