I would like to hide the grid header completely if possible. Can someone please let me know how to do it?

Also, for pagination, my requirement is to just display the “Back” & “Next” buttons (both on pages other than first & last – otherwise one of them based on whether we are on first page or last page) instead of the pagination that the grid provides by default. Is this possible?
