Good day!

I have a trouble with using Add, Delete options in jqGrid. (I use jqGrid 3.7.2 with add/edit/del actions on local data)

see on image.

I make:

add row (jqGrid set row's id = 1)

Hello,

I'm not sure that this is a bug.

You have already the solution.

Please define global variable largest_id and increment this value in the afterSubmit event, which should be defined only in add mode.

Thei event should return 3 values – the third one is your solution.
