I'm experiencing a problem when when the user clicks on a column header (say “First Name”) to sort the grid by this field.

The sort (up and down) icons appear next to the header text, but then the text drops and is positioned below the line of the icons.

I've tried to find the relevant CSS and found the following clue. When the sort icons are displayed, the container for the header text and the icons increase in height. This container is then vertically centered in it's parent container.
